ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner in both cases apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC in Crime No. Not known, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other person is running a Finance Company in Andhra Pradesh and alleged to have collected huge amount of money from the investors and invested the same in the share business and the same has been resulted in loss. Based on the complaint made by the Investors, the Law Enforcing Agency registered a case against the petitioner.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and due to practical difficulties of share market, he has incurred a huge loss in the business and he could not return the money and he has no intention to cheat the investors. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. As per the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no case is pending against the petitioner in Tamil Nadu. Otherwise, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner did not say the specific reason as to why it is necessary to grant an interstate bail in these petitions. In fact, these petitions have been filed without mentioning the Crime Number on which the respondent police registered the case against this petitioner. Therefore, in view of the above, this Court not is inclined to allow these petitions.
