ORDER
Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 3rd Respondent to include her name in the List below Sl.No.36 and promote her as Assistant Inspector in Tamil Nadu Local Fund Audit Subordinate Service w.e.f. 10.12.2020, the date on which her immediate junior viz. M.Ravi (Serial No.37 in the List) was promoted as Assistant Inspector.

According to the Petitioner, her name has been erroneously omitted in the list for promotion, which has resulted in her juniors getting promotion and getting more pay than her. In respect of her grievance, the Petitioner made a representation to the 1st Respondent on 19.11.2020.
Pending consideration of the same, she has come up with this Writ Petition.

Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material documents available on record. 4.
Without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the 3rd Respondent herein to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
No costs.
Consequently, connected W.M.P.No.2759 of 2021 is closed.
