This application has been filed by the applicants/proposed plaintiffs to order substituted service for the 3rd and 4th respondents/1st and 2nd defendants by publication in one issue of "Malai Malar".

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the applicants/proposed plaintiffs are permitted to effect paper publication in one issue of "Malai Malar"

Tamil daily in the Chennai Edition mentioning the date of hearing as 19.02.2024. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
