Learned Government Advocate would submit that the complaint has been given to the Inspector of Police, C-3, Seven wells Police Station, whereas, in petition, the name of the Respondent Police Station has been mentioned wrongly, as R-6, Kumaran Nagar Police Station.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with liberty to file a fresh petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh application mentioning the correct Respondent Police Station.
