ORDER

This Court, by order dated 03.10.2016 in W.M.P.No.30077/2016 in W.P.No.34936 of 2016 has granted interim stay with regard to recovery of pension amount alone.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
