This petition has been filed by the petitioner/father of the detenue R.Sivasree, daughter of the petitioner, to cause production of his daughter, before this Court and to set her at liberty. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the detenue married one Ashok Kumar and that she wants to live with him.

3.It is strange to raise such an allegation by the petitioner that the detenue was detained by her husband and there is no https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

justification on the part of the petitioner in filing this petition. Therefore, we are of the view that this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
