Mr.P.Muthukumar, State Government Pleader, assisted by Mr.P.Balathandayutham, Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER (Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) These writ petitions are filed praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of first respondent relating to notice dated 21.07.2022 and quash the same and further direct the respondents to measure the lands comprised in S.F. Nos.561 and 684 of Neruperichal Village to identify the alleged encroachment in S.F.No.684/2.
2. When the writ petitions were taken up for hearing, Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, would submit that the petitioners themselves have started removing the alleged
encroachments. However, a proper survey would be undertaken by the revenue authorities and all the encroachments would be removed as early as possible, without causing any damage to the building built by the petitioners in their patta lands.
3. The writ petitions are disposed of recording the above submission of learned State Government Pleader. Consequently, WMP Nos.1724, 1729, 1720, 1723, 1730 and 1728 of 2023 are closed. There will be no order as to costs.
