[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to call for the records relating to the detention order passed in Detention Order No.1210/BCDFGISSSV/2016 dated 16.12.2016, against the detenu by name, Sanjai, S/o.Mani residing at No.89, South Coovum Salai, Pudupet, Chennai-02 and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has represented that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed by way of passing G.O.Rt.No.470 dated 30.01.2017 and a copy of the same has been submitted for perusal.

3. In fact, this Court has perused the same and found that the Detention Order in question has already been quashed.

4. Considering the above said factual circumstances, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous.
