This writ petition has been filed to consider the representation dated 25.11.2023 to the respondents and direct the 2nd respondent to investigate the matter accordance with law based on the petitioner complaint. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry was conducted and closed on 06.11.2023 in CSR No.726 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police.

3.In the light of the above submission, it is left open to the petitioner to workout her remedy by filing an application under Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C., before the concerned Magistrate Court and proceed further in accordance with law. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
