ORDER
A Memo had been filed by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner herein bringing to the notice of this Court that E.A.No.309 of 2018, in E.P.No.27 of 2013 had been dismissed for default on 01.02.2021. 2.The revision petition had been filed questioning the order in E.A.No.60 of 2019 in E.A.No.309 of 2018 in E.P.No.21 of 2013. When E.A.No.309 of 2018 itself had been dismissed for default on 01.02.2021, nothing survives for adjudication in the present revision petition and the same is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. No order as to costs. 3.I am confident that the learned Principal Sub Judge at Puducherry would bestow his attention to dispose of E.P.No.21 of 2013 and any other allied applications if filed as expeditiously as possible. But at any rate, a direction is given that E.P.No.21 of 2013 should be disposed of on or before 30.09.2021, if it is still pending as on date, since the learned counsels are not specifically aware whether it is pending.
