Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioner's representation letter dated 02.01.2024 to stop the unlawful attempts carried out by the 6 to 10 respondents encroaching the assigned land and laying road in Survey No.210 in which was denoted as assigned land (Paral Water Poramboke), V.K.N.Kandigai Village, Tiruttani Taluk, Tiruvallur District. ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Pari Gopal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 to 5.

2. Learned Government Advocate on instructions submits that, upon the complaint of the petitioner the survey was conducted. Encroachment is noticed and even the petitioner is an encroacher. The authorities would take action to remove the encroachments in accordance with law.

3. In the light of the said statement, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition and the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
