Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., seeking to call for the entire records pertaining to the case pending in Cr.NO. 25 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police and quash the same as against the petitioner.

O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records and to quash the proceedings as against the petitioners / A1 & A5 , pending in Cr.No.25 of 2014 on the file of the SubInspector of Police, Land Grabbing Cell, DCB, Villupuram. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police has registered a case the petitioners and 4 others, has arrayed as A1 and A5. The defacto complainant's grandfather land was fraudulently sold by the first petitioner in favour of the second petitioner herein and hence the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would further submit that, it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioners to furnish the particulars before the law enforcing agency to prove their innocence and issue direction to the law https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
enforcing agency to complete the investigation within a time frame.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor concedes to the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and on instructions, he would further submit that the investigation will be completed within the time frame fixed by this Court.
5.Considering the limited request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Court without going into the merits of the case, is inclined to issue direction to the law enforcing agency to complete the investigation in Crime No.25 of 2014, after giving opportunity to the petitioners, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioners are directed to co-operate with the law enforcing agency for early completion of the investigation.
