When the Civil Revision Petition came up for hearing on 12.09.2022, Mr. S. Rajkumar (Enrollment No.7010824094), learned counsel, who was representing on behalf of the counsel on record for the revision petitioner, sought for an adjournment by contending that the

counsel for the revision petitioner could not contact his client. At his request, the matter was adjourned by two weeks.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
