JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that she has no instructions from her clients.

2. The learned counsel for the 2nd respondent submitted that the appeal was dismissed as abated as against the 2nd respondent. The learned counsel for the first respondent submits that the appeal was dismissed as against the first respondent as the defects pointed out by the Registry were not rectified within the stipulated time.

3. In the light of the above submissions of the respondent counsel, the second appeal is dismissed.

4. In the result, the second appeal is dismissed. No costs. 26.06.2025.
