ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation pending in the Crime No.93 of 2020 dated 10.02.2020.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the above said crime number on 30.11.2018, no final report is filed till date. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of three months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
