Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that he had not complied with the conditional order to deposit 30% of the cheque amount before the Trial Court. But, however, he would submit that the petitioner is ready with the amount and if a short accommodation is given, the petitioner will comply with the condition and seeks a weeks time to deposit the amount from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

2. In that view, in all these matters, time is extended upto 04.08.2022 to deposit the 30% of the cheque amount, as imposed by this Court.

3. It is made clear that there will not be any further extension of time and if the petitioner fails to pay the said 30% of the cheque amount on or before 04.08.2022, the suspension of sentence order, dated 04.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.13867 of 2021, granted by this Court, shall stand automatically vacated and the respondent/complainant will be entitled to approach the Trial Court for issue/execute a warrant to commit the petitioner into prison to Page No.1/3
