Palapatti Village, Salem and to fix the boundaries so as to fence the property, based on the challan remitted on 27.12.2022 within a stipulated period.

The Writ Petition has been filed directing the respondents to survey the properties comprised in S.No.58/2B to an extent of 0-14.00 hectare and in S.No.59/3B1A to an extent of 0-56.44 hectare situated at M. Palapatti Village, Salem.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.N.Senthil Selvi, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents. 3.

Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the case, the petitioner is directed to file necessary online application for survey and demarcate the property and also pay the necessary fees, if required. On filing of such application, the respondents shall survey and demarcate the property after giving opportunity to the neighboring land owner if they have any objections over the property.
