J U D G M E N T
The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that subsequent to the suit in O.S.No.1417 of 1988 filed for permanent injunction, which is the subject matter of the Second Appeal. The suit in O.S.No.244 of 1997 on the file of the District Munsif, Kancheepuram, has been filed for recovery of possession and succeeded in it, the possession has also been taken by the appellant.
2. When this memo was brought to the notice of the learned counsel for the respondent, he has promptly intimated the same to his client but, his client has not responded. Therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent has filed a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
memo on 03.01.2014 reporting no instruction and withdrawal of this vakalat.
