JUDGMENT

Perused records.

2. The learned counsel, who has filed this appeal on behalf of the appellants/defendants, had reported that he has given consent to the parties to engage a new counsel. Recording the same, this Court on 22.11.2013 has directed the Registry to sent notice to the appellants. Accordingly, the Registry has taken steps to serve notice on the appellants. Despite notice, the appellants have not engaged new counsel to pursue their appeal.
