O R D E R

This Court in W.P.No.21774 of 2019 has considered the claim of the petitioner herein for compassionate appointment and declared the same as stale claim and dismissed the writ petition on 24.07.2019. The petitioner has once again approached this Court by way of filing the present writ petition for the very same relief, which has already been negatived by the respondent vide order dated 13.03.2012 impugned in the writ petition.

2. The petitioner is now aged about 53 years and hence, this Court is of the considered opinion that the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment cannot be considered at this distance point of time and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
