This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondents herein not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent herein.

2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the property dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.

4. In view of the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
