JUDGMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant reports the death of the sole appellant.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondent confirms the same and also informs that the respondents 1,2 and 5 died and the particulars of the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1,2 and 5 has already been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the appellant. Since no steps have been taken to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant and the legal representatives of the deceased respondents 1, 2 and 5, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
