PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent in its order No.9/2023 dated 10.1.2023, quash the same 1/4

and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to register the sale deeds of the remaining 14 Flats allocated to the petitioner under the Annexure 4 of the Flats Allocation Agreement dated 16.11.2017 in respect of the petitioners 60 percent UDS in the property measuring 1 Acre and 8.5 cents in S.No. 138/1 and 138/2 of Semmanchery Village more fully described in the schedule to the writ petition without insisting the life certificates of the respondents 3 and 4 herein.
