The present Application has been filed to condone the delay of 69 days in filing the reply statement filed vide D.No.49816 of 2024 in the above suit.

2. Mr.Sidharth Shiva Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the first respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the same is ordered as prayed for and the delay is condoned.
