Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's son namely Fakhrudeen @ Police Fakhrudeen, S/O.Sikandher Bacha aged 42 years now confined in the Central Prison-2, Puzhal Chennai before this Hon`ble Court and to give proper medical treatment to the petitioner's son, and further direct to the respondent permit the petitioner and her advocate to interview with her son in Central Prison Puzhal-II.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner, who is the mother of the detenu viz., Fakhrudeen @ Police Fakhrudeen, Son of Sikandher Bacha, aged 42 years, sought production of her son.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner as also Mr.M.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondents.

3. On 05.09.2018, this Court has passed the following order:- "Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is present.

2. We have viewed the two video clippings forwarded by the respondent through learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has also submitted a communication of the Superintendent of Prison, Central Prison-II, Puzhal, Chennai in Letter No.4625/R.1/2018 dated 01.09.2018, which informs that the brother of the detenu/son of the petitioner was interviewed by his brother in the presence of Jailor at his Office on 31.08.2018.

4. We have verified the jail records, which inform that the petitioner's counsel had been permitted to access on 26.07.2018 and other counsel had also been permitted on earlier occasions.

5. We have also perused the petition of the mother of the detenu dated 27.07.2018.

6. Post the matter before Court on 17.09.2018."

4. We have nothing further to add to our order dated 05.09.2018. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition shall stand closed.
