Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the writ petition has been filed challenging the transfer order of the petitioner from the post of Assistant Commissioner, Review Cell, Intelligence-II, Chennai to Assistant Commissioner(ST) Rockfort, Trichy.

2. Learned counsel produced a copy of the proceedings vide Endorsement No.CP3/02-21/5/2023 dated 29.12.2023, wherein the petitioner, viz., Anbu Tamilarasi.J, was promoted as Deputy Commissioner (CT) at Chennai (North III), which is seen from the tabular column in 2/4

S.No.55. Hence nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
