Mr.Niranjan Rajagopalan for M/s.G.R.Associates, learned counsel for the respondent submits that vakalat will be filed by end of this week.

2. This application has been filed only to extend the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection for allowing this application.

4. In view of the same, this Application stands allowed. Accordingly, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to pass an Award.
