ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.10.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, preliminary enquiry was conducted and FIR was registered in Crime No.46 of 2020 dated 14.02.2020 under sections 147, 509, 354D, 506(2) of IPC r/w 67 of Information Technology Act 2000. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The second respondent is directed to send intimation by RPAD with regard to the closure of the petitioner's complaint, within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
