ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register the First Information Report on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 27/03/2015 which was acknowledged by the respondent by its C.NO.71/CCB/PGR/2015 DT 27/03/2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the petitioner-party in person and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. From a perusal of the materials available on record, it is seen that on the complaint given by the petitioner, the petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent police on 15.4.2015 and the closure report has also been sent to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Under such circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedies in the manner known to law.
