Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in order dated 02.07.2021 in Crl.OP.No.11372 of 2021 in Paragraph No.(5) (f) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Honble court.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.MEGANATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR. S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.11372 of 2021, dated 02.07.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
