This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the second and the third respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is listed for hearing, Mrs.Mala, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Government states that the representation dated 20.12.2018 had been disposed of by the order of the Commissioner (ST), Commercial Taxes Department of the Government of Puducherry on 11.03.2019 and the order has been communicated to the petitioner as well.

3. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the order is untenable, this Court is of the view that the relief sought for in the present writ petition has been achieved.

4. Hence, recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry), this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order dated 11.03.2019, in accordance with law.
