for R7 in S.A. No.861 of 2007 for R1 in S.A. No.862 of 2007 COMMON JUDGMENT These matters are listed under the caption "for dismissal" today. Even today, the learned counsel for the appellant is not ready to argue these matters. He submits that the second respondent in S.A. No.861 of 2007 is dead and he seeks time to bring on record the Legal Representatives for the deceased second respondent in S.A. No.861 of 2007. The Second Appeals are of the year 2007. No further indulgence can be shown to the appellant. Therefore, it can now be inferred that the appellants are not interested to prosecute the Second Appeals. Accordingly, both Second Appeals are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
