Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, seeking Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of appeal filed by the petitioner under Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act on 01.07.2019 within stipulated period granted by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 01.07.2019 within the time fixed by this Court.
2.Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent has already passed a final order in the appeal on 03.03.2020. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not received any order till date. The second respondent is directed to immediately send a copy of the order to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to workout his remedy. In view of the above, no further orders can be passed by this Court and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
