CRIME NO. 3 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on 23.11.2021 in the bail application in Crime No. 3 of 2001 that the petitioners/ Accused should sign before the respondent police station every day morning 10.30 A.M. and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.PALANIYAPPAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22085 of 2021 on 23.11.2021.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
