PRAYER in S.A.No.460 of 2003: These Second Appeals have been filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the Judgment and Decree dated 29.11.2002 made in A.S.No.5 of 2000 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gudiyatham, reversing the Judgment and Decree dated 24.06.1993 made in O.S.No.276 of 1987 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Gudiyatham.
