J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellant made a submission that on account of the subsequent developments occurred during the pendency of the Second Appeal, the cause aroused became vanished. Thus, the Second Appeal became infructuous and the learned counsel for the appellant has also made an endorsement to the said effect. Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
