petitioner. In respect of arrears of pension, the same has not been paid.
2.The learned counsel for the respondents states that the Superintending Engineer sent a proposal for the settlement of all other arrears of Pension and consequential monetary benefits and actions are to be taken to settle the same at the earliest possible.
3.This Court expects that the said settlement is done without any further delay in view of the fact that the writ petitioner is a senior citizen.
4.In view of the above observations, no further orders are required in the present contempt petition and accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
