4. Ammayammal ... Respondents Though the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is not listed today. It was taken up for settlement before this Lok Adalat sitting at the request of the counsel. Both the parties are present. The learned counsel for the appellant K.J.Sivakumar and the second respondent Mr.J.Govindaraj are present. After mutual discussion, negotiation, mediation and conciliation between both parties have arrived at a compromise to settle the case as follows: TERMS OF SETTLEMENT By an award dated 03.11.2015, the Tribunal has awarded sum of Rs.11,25,000 to the claimants.

2.The award amount has been deposited together with interest and is currently lying in the account of M.C.O.P.No.91 of 2015. 3.The second respondent has agreed to receive the sum of Rs.13,00,000 in full quit together with interest accrued in the account. 4.The appellant/Transport Corporation has agreed to deposit the balance amount, less the amount already deposited within a period of twelve weeks from today. The claimants/respondents are permitted to withdraw the entire amount, in the same ratio as apportioned by the Tribunal without filing any formal petition. The Award is passed accordingly.

5.The Tribunal is directed to issue the cheque to the parties concerned on proper identification in accordance with the terms of the award, without insisting on any formal permission petition. The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of accordingly if any.
