(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J.) This petition has been filed by the petitioner/mother of the detenu praying to grant parole for a period of one week to the detenu Madesh, Son of Subramani, Life Convict, now confined in Central Prison, Vellore for attending his ailment mother, during heart surgey.who is undergoing heart operation of the petitioner herein..
2.This Court, on 13.10.2015, granted parole to the detenu Madesh, Son of Subramani, Life Convict, from 06.30 a.m. on 21.10.2015 to 5.30 p.m. on 28.10.2015 and the Registry was also directed to post the matter on 29.10.2015 for reporting compliance.
