The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.173 of 2025 from the file of the second respondent police to a competent investigation agency. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the final report has also been filed through e-filing in LTNDP070016142025, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur, on 10.11.2025. 3.
