2.We are informed by the learned counsel for the respondent that the parties have settled the matter and a separate petition for divorce by mutual consent has also been filed. 3.In view of the subsequent developments, there is no need to extend the time for disposal of the Original Petition in O.P.No.1839 of 2014.
