This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the willful disobedience of the order dated 20.12.2021, made in W.P.No.19207 of 2021.

2. In response to the order passed by this Court on 11.03.2022, the respondent is present before this Court. Her presence is hereby recorded.

3. This Court finds that there appears no contemptuous action on the part of the respondent, in view of the fact that the respondent has recommended for cancellation of the community certificate issued to the petitioner as the same appeared to be bogus one.

4. In view of the same, this contempt petition need not be kept pending on the file of this Court any further. Therefore, this contempt petition stands closed.
