ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a mention to incorporate that a direction to the Registry of this Court to draft a decree under the Original Suit.

2. The present revision arise out of an order under I.A. No.4 of 2024 in O.S. No.3334 of 2022 dated 19.10.2024 and no doubt the revision has been allowed and thereby the Original Suit now stands decreed. However, 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

P.B.BALAJI.J., the decree has to be necessarily drafted only by the Trial Court viz., XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai and not by the Registry of this Court. Therefore, I do not find any requirement to modify the order dated 18.07.2025. It is for the Trial Court to suitably draft the decree pursuant to the order passed by me on 18.07.2025 in C.R.P.
