This Petition preferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India Praying for the issue of a writ of Certiorari to calling for the records of the respondent in connection with the minutes of the meeting held on 21/08/2012 by the first respondent in proceedings No.MCI-211(2)/2012 Ethics which was confirmed on 22/09/2012 and the consequential order of approval by the 2nd respondent in respect of point No.10 of the minutes of the meeting dated 27/09/2012 and quash the same in so far as the petitioner is concerned.
