The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the third respondent to consider the representation sent by the petitioner on 01.07.2011 and to take action against the respondents 2 & 4, for the illegal disturbances to the temple.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and therefore, this writ petition may be closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.
