J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel for the appellants in S.A.No.354 of 2010 seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this Second Appeal. Hence, he has made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle.

In view of the above, the Second Appeal in S.A.No.354 of 2010 is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition, if any, closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 3.

In view of the withdrawal of the Second Appeal in S.A.No.354 of 2010, the learned counsel for the appellants in S.A.No.1320 of 2004 submits that the parties have settled the matter amicably. Hence, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this matter and made an endorsement to that effect in the case bundle. 4.
