PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the Circular dated 07.12.2020 vide No.I-26/25/2013-TE-1 on the file of the Union of India, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, the 1st respondent herein and quash the same in so far as the same is concerned with regard to Class III and IV (Group 'C' and 'D') employees and Pensioners of the 3rd respondent Port Trust are concerned.
