JUDGMENT

This second appeal is filed against the judgment and decree made in AS.No.25 of 1998, on the file of learned Subordinate Judge of Tirpattur, dated 17.07.2002, confirming the judgment and decree made in OS.No.937 of 1993 on the file of the learned District Munsiff of Tirupattur, dated 18.03.1998.

2. Eventhough the second appeal is of the year 2003, when the matter was posted on 04.12.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the appellants as such the second appeal was ordered to be posted on 09.12.2019 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also i.e. 09.12.2019, no representation on the side of the appellants.

3. Therefore, this second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
