Prayer: Criminal Original petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to modify the condition by executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ponneri and out of such 2 sureties. One surety must be the blood relative of the petitioner into normal surety in Crl.M.P.No.585 of 2018 on the file of Special Judge for NDPS Court, Chennai by its dated 11.08.2018 in Cr.No.17 of 2018 NIB CID Police Station, Kancheepuram.
