The petitioner seeks bail in Crime No.976 of 2023, registered by the respondent for the offences under Sections 286 of I.P.C and 5 of Explosive Substances Act, 1908. The petitioner had been remanded to judicial custody on 19.12.2023.
2. It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with other accused were in possession of 2500 kgs of Explosive Gelatine and 950 kgs of Electric Detanators. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned Government Advocate ( Criminal Side) stated that the petitioner belongs to Kerala. Hence, if the petitioner is released on bail there is a possibility of absconding and some of the co-accused are still absconding. He further stated that the earlier bail application was dismissed by this Court.

4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner herein. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition stands dismissed.
